About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at CarFinance 247. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks, planning projects, and helping us meet the demands of an ever-evolving recruitment landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job adverts on various job boards and recruitment channels.
  • Review and shortlist CVs to identify the best matches for each position.
  • Write compelling job adverts based on detailed role descriptions.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including drafting offer letters, managing candidate documentation, and updating recruitment spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS.
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure all background checks are completed before new employees start.
  • Manage and organize the Recruitment Team's Inbox.
  • Use a range of sourcing techniques to attract top candidates suited to various roles.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Hiring Managers across the business.
  • Conduct thorough telephone interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Assist with first-day preparations and employee inductions.

  • A proven track record in internal or agency recruitment, ideally in high-volume environments.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, able to thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the business.
