Project Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global Commercial Services Technology (GCST) department as a Project Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the strategic delivery management of the Nipendo platform.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the prioritization, build, delivery, and launch process of the Nipendo Platform.
- Support Product Teams through backlog refinement, backlog readiness, definition of ready/done, and support writing user stories.
- Facilitate Agile events that help engineer teams deliver value incrementally and iteratively.
- Supervise 2 scrum team's capacity and User Story refinement processes and interact with engineers to monitor and match capacity against wider program objectives.
- Support processes to track iteration progress, issue resolution, and removing obstacles to ensure sprint/iteration commitments are met, escalate to leadership as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC methodology.
- Raise, track, and support resolutions of impediments, manage risk, and promote improvement throughout Technology.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development methods is preferred.
- SDLC Methodologies & Practice.
- Agile PM tools (Rally, JIRA).
