The Brand & Product Marketing Team is responsible for developing compelling brand and product propositions, driving growth and success for our collagen supplements. As a Category Manager, you will be the central point of knowledge for category market dynamics, consumer insights, and unmet needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify unmet consumer needs and opportunities.
  • Partnering with the NPD team to develop and execute a comprehensive product range architecture and innovation strategy.
  • Identifying and prioritizing key growth levers across marketing, pricing, promotion, and innovation to drive category growth.

Promotion Planning:

  • Working closely with the digital team to deliver monthly new customer numbers.
  • Optimizing promotion strategies with channels and cross-functional teams.

Product Management:

  • Monitoring product performance and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Understanding the beauty VMS market, including consumer trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
