Role Overview:

The Sales Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving financial growth by winning new business and forging strong relationships with clients. This role requires a strong sales mentality, collaboration with internal teams, and a high degree of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a background in office hardware solutions, selling traded products, and servicing existing accounts. A good knowledge of office hardware products is also essential.

This is a 70% new business / 30% account management split, requiring a strong contact network and ability to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to generate sales leads.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales meetings and proposals.
  3. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
