Job Title: Reward Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion of job evaluations for staff grade roles, maintaining consistency in output.
  • Own HR system approvals for new positions and position changes, ensuring alignment with grading, salary benchmarking, and titling conventions.
  • Conduct regular external benchmarking surveys to inform compensation decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation data through regular auditing and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of escalation for reward queries from across HR and the wider business, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Review and improve existing Reward processes, ensuring they're fully documented and aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide accurate MI and analysis from multiple HR systems for external benefits suppliers and internal contacts.
  • Maintain employee data for Total Reward purposes and provide cover for the Total Reward Administrator, Reward Analyst, and Benefit Senior Coordinator as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of at least one area of Total Reward (Compensation, Benefits, Recognition, Pension, Wellbeing) and willingness to upskill on other areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to use initiative to deliver results in a demanding environment.
  • Good understanding of job evaluation methodologies, preferably Willis Towers Watson Global Grading.
  • Attention to detail and ability to map out essential reward processes.
