**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Developer to join our team at Options Higford, a special school set in 28 acres of beautiful Shropshire countryside. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized curriculums for students with autism and associated behavioral needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement personalized curriculums for students based on their individual needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with teachers and therapists to ensure seamless integration of curriculum development and delivery
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor student progress and adjust curriculums as needed

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Education or related field
  • Experience in teaching or developing curriculums for students with autism and associated behavioral needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
