Service Charge Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Charge Specialist to join our team at Niyaa People. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering service charges for our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer service charges for properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Establish and maintain efficient procedures to calculate service charges in line with our service charge policy.
- Provide expert advice and support to internal and external customers on service charge matters.
- Report to the Director of Finance and Performance.
