Weekend Day Registered Veterinary Nurse Opportunity

Carmarthen Veterinary Centre and Hospital is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our weekend team.

About the Role

  • Work alongside our team of experienced RVNs, SVNs, and Vets in a modern, well-equipped hospital.
  • Contribute to the care and well-being of small animals, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
  • Participate in nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures, working closely with our Cert holder AVP Vets and supporting new graduates.
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule with 22 hours per week, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including nursing procedures and medical treatments.
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting excellent communication and teamwork.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest veterinary practices and techniques.
