Job Title: Adults Services Manager - Learning Disability

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Adult's Registered Manager to join our team at Domus Recruitment, a reputable provider of care for adults with Learning Disabilities & Mental Health needs.

About the Role:

This role offers a unique opportunity to work as a Registered Manager in a residential setting, ensuring the wellbeing of service users and staff alike. As a seasoned health and social care professional, you will be responsible for managing a small team, promoting person-centered care, and driving excellence in quality and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dedicated team, prioritizing their wellbeing, and providing necessary tools for success.
  • Oversee the efficient management of resources, balancing budgetary constraints with exceptional quality standards.
  • Effectively manage financial performance, utilizing financial acumen to optimize results.
  • Promote quality assurance, adhering to statutory and organizational obligations.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, maximizing quality and compliance.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Substantial experience in managing care teams or supervisory roles within a care environment is essential.
  • A thorough understanding of financial data and ability to manage budgets is required.
