Learning and Development Specialist

Cambian Education is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Partner to join our team in Plymouth. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs that empower our staff to provide exceptional care to children and young people.

With a focus on safeguarding, emergency first aid, and our internal Pillars program, you will work collaboratively with our L&D team to design, organize, and evaluate training sessions that meet both regulatory standards and the specific needs of our staff.
As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and support to staff across our children's residential services, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver outstanding care. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training on key topics, including safeguarding, emergency first aid, and our internal Pillars program.
