Sales and Expansion Specialist

ACS Performance is seeking a Key Account Development Professional to join their team in the North of England.
This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and contribute to the company's expansion goals.
About the Role- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop growth plans to increase quality project-related enquiries.
- Work closely with estimators to offer tailored solutions to clients.
- Represent ACS Performance at industry events, fostering relationships and promoting the brand.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement account management plans to drive sales growth.
- Communicate technical information effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Use CRM systems and MS Office to manage client relationships and sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive and consultative sales approaches.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and sales within a construction environment.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office.
- Motivated by achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
A competitive salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days annual leave.
