- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for Field Care Supervisors.
- Maintain up-to-date client and Care & Support Worker office files.
- Ensure the computer system is up to date at all times.
- Manage and maintain electronic records for clients and Care & Support Workers.
- Ensure all other records are kept up to date.
- Ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures.
