Paver Role

Are you a skilled construction professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Paver to join our team in Eastbourne. As a Paver, you will be responsible for laying asphalt, concrete, or other materials on roads, driveways, parking lots, and other paved surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate paving machines, rollers, and other equipment to lay asphalt or concrete.
  • Prepare surfaces for paving by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary primers.
  • Measure and mark areas to be paved, ensuring proper alignment and thickness.
  • Mix and apply materials, ensuring proper consistency and application.
  • Monitor the quality of the work to meet specifications, ensuring smooth, even surfaces.
  • Assist with the maintenance and repair of paving equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear required protective gear at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Perform routine inspections of work areas and maintain a clean and safe job site.
