About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Design Engineer to join our team at Wardell Armstrong International Ltd. as a Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Civil Engineering Design: Prepare high-level analysis and design, as well as detailed designs as required, for civil engineering projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of civil engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, landowners, contractors, statutory authorities, and third parties to ensure that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports to clients and stakeholders, as well as communicate project progress and issues to the project team and management.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: BSc level in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in delivering civil engineering projects, with a strong background in design, project management, and team leadership.
  • Skills: Excellent technical knowledge of civil engineering design, project management, and team leadership, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional Membership: Chartered status or working towards it, with ongoing CPD activity.
