**Job Title:** Digital Capability Development Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Capability Development Engineer to join our team at Morson Talent. As a key member of our digital engineering team, you will play a critical role in developing, deploying, and evolving the engineering processes, technology, people, and culture required to deliver the FCAS programme across international partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and evolve engineering processes, technology, people, and culture to support the FCAS programme.
• Explore, develop, test, and deploy engineering tools, methods, and processes to improve engineering performance.
• Liaise with international and UK partners to discuss, agree, and deploy solutions that work across the whole FCAS enterprise.
• Contribute to business change, including communicating with stakeholders, building coalitions, and creating urgency.
• Multidisciplinary working with all engineering disciplines and adjacent functions.

Requirements:

• Relevant engineering or STEM degree (BEng or higher).
• At least 5 years' experience in an engineering discipline role.
• Ability to analyse information and apply engineering judgement to solve problems.
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Estimated Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
