About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our client, a leading Mental Health Charity, based in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with excellent administrative support skills to work in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple executives.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience and be confident in minute-taking within busy meetings.

  • Key responsibilities will include coordinating and minuting meetings of the Executive Team and the main Board and its Committees.
  • Assisting in the organisation of special events and managing multiple diaries.
  • Organising and coordinating key internal meetings and handling confidential information.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in an executive support role.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise accordingly.
  • Adept knowledge of IT programs, including Microsoft Office.
  • Extensive general administration and knowledge of administrative duties.
