Lead Pharmacist for Oncology and Haematology Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pharmacist to join our team at a private hospital in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate pharmacist to provide top-notch pharmacy services in a renowned healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive pharmacy services at The Cancer Centre, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • Lead the pharmacy service, including dispensary services, aseptic production, and inpatient/outpatient services, driving excellence and efficiency.
  • Review patients in the chemotherapy day unit and Haematology/Oncology Ward, providing expert clinical guidance and support.
  • Manage and develop the Pharmacy team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Deputy Pharmacy Manager and represent the pharmacy within and outside the hospital, promoting a positive and professional image.

Requirements:
  • Registration with GPhC, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards and excellence.

  • Specialist knowledge in oncology, aseptic production, and haematology, ensuring expertise in key areas.
