Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Security Systems Project Coordinator to manage project processes and ensure compliance with our security standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with project coordination and programming of Access Control Systems, as well as a basic understanding of cybersecurity practices and site security operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project processes and ensure compliance with our security standards.
- Represent technical security in project meetings to ensure proper coordination.
- Liaise and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Facilities, Health & Safety, IT, Physical Security, etc.) to understand security needs and assist in security designs, layouts, and requirement drawings.
- Review design changes and manage those changes during project implementation.
- Review the programming sheet, configure the Access Control System, Intrusion Detection Systems, and Video Surveillance per the programming sheet.
- Conduct project acceptance testing and assist the IT project team with Lenel Onguard information sharing.
- Assist in documentation efforts of standards and guidelines.
- Support regional service and maintenance for EMEA break/fix cases.
- Proactively perform security system vulnerability assessment and patch management on all system devices.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience with project coordination and programming of Access Control Systems.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices.
- Basic understanding of site security operations.
- Basic knowledge of ACS/CCTV design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred Lenel OnGuard Certification (Advanced access or higher) and Avigilon Certified.
- Be capable of using Bluebeam and/or basic CAD skills.
