Adult Care and Support Worker

Airmid Staffing Ltd is a leading provider of home care services in the UK. We are seeking an experienced Adult Care and Support Worker to support a gentleman with a brain injury in the Horncastle area.
About the Job:
We are looking for someone who has experience working with adults with learning difficulties or brain injuries. The ideal candidate will be a driver, able to commit to regular hours and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support to the client
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care and medication management
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
- Experience working with adults with learning difficulties or brain injuries
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
