Community Dental Officer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Dental Officer to join our team at ZEST Dental Recruitment. As a Community Dental Officer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality dental care to vulnerable patients in the Boston, Lincolnshire area.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a dentist to work in a community-based setting, providing care to patients with additional needs. You will be part of a supportive team and have the opportunity to develop your skills and career in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality dental care to patients with additional needs in a community-based setting
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and guidelines
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including occasional travel to other parts of the county
Requirements
  • GDC registration and active performer number
  • Experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the service
