Senior Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse Manager to join our team at Operose Health. As a key member of our Regional Leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality nursing services across our services and surgeries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, supervision, and support to nursing teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of clinical aspects of nursing care to ensure clinical excellence.
- Support the recruitment and retention of nursing teams and provide ongoing mentorship to Lead Nurses.
- Collaborate with the Senior Operations team to support the delivery of Nursing KPIs.
- Ensure CQC nursing compliance and lead on the clinical delivery of QOF and ES targets.
Requirements:
- Extensive clinical experience in Primary Care Health settings and leading nursing teams.
- Excellent understanding of National and Organizational policy.
- Knowledge of current political agenda influencing health.
- Ability to identify training needs and provide relevant experience to all learners.
