Reinsurance Operations Strategy

We seek a knowledgeable Business Analyst to support Underwriting Reinsurance Operations by leveraging Technology to enhance efficiency and data quality. This role involves managing strategies for application roadmaps in collaboration with the Product Owner and implementing changes to improve technology within Portfolio Operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute initiatives to optimize technology within Reinsurance Operations.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience as an Analyst leading Technology Projects, defining requirements, and working with IT Development Teams.
  • Technical Expertise with Data, SQL Server, and Mongo.
  • Software Development Methodologies (Agile).
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude.
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on creative solutions.
  • Effective Communication Skills to facilitate workshop sessions and negotiate requirements.
