Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive growth and retention
  2. IDentify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts
  3. Work closely with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs
  4. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategy
  5. Provide exceptional client service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Occasional travel may be required

Our Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, based on your experience, plus benefits
  • A flexible working arrangement of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional travel required
  • 23 days annual leave, increasing by one day per year of service (up to a maximum of 28 days)
