About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Printer at Reflex Group. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our label conversion and supply processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of materials for print, including substrates, inks, and chemicals
- Support the setup and operation of printing presses
- Monitor and maintain the quality of print during manufacture
- Participate in quality management processes and post-print activities
- Develop skills in problem-solving, communication, and teamwork
Training and Development
You will receive comprehensive training and support from our experienced team and Print Scotland, enabling you to develop the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in print production.
