We are seeking a highly skilled Adult Mental Health Professional to join our team in Richmond and Wandsworth Better Partnership Service. As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in the Adults Emergency Duty Team, working with vulnerable adults at risk. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires excellent social work skills and a good understanding of safeguarding adults.

The successful candidate will have experience as an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) and be confident in managing risk in a pressurized environment. You will work from home with access to the Richmond IT system and be required to use a car for work purposes. We offer a competitive salary range of £46,434 - £55,632 per year, plus a £3,000 annual allowance for AMHP warrant and a 10% out-of-hours increment.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with other senior social workers on a rota basis, covering evenings and weekends. The team also has a bank of sessional workers who support the permanent staff.
