About the Job

We are recruiting for a Charity Retail Till & Sort Room Volunteer (Vintage and Retro) to join our team at Sue Ryder. This role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the success of our charity shop.

The Job Description:
  • Meet and greet customers, responding to their queries and needs.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Sort and merchandise stock, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and window display activities.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment.
About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and has excellent communication skills. You should enjoy helping and engaging with customers, be reliable, and have the ability to work as part of a team.
