We are seeking a skilled Meat Processor to join our team at Meatex Trading Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in a food production environment and be able to demonstrate knife skills for the skilled roles or willingness to learn in semi-skilled / trainee roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet production deadlines by working efficiently and effectively
- Maintain skills and knowledge by attending training sessions and staying up-to-date with best practice
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and take ownership of work
- Perform tasks in a safe manner, adhering to training and guidelines
- Comply with Company policy and procedures on safe food handling and hygiene at all times
- Ensure operational effectiveness of equipment and machinery, reporting faults to Management in a timely manner
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Undertake other reasonable duties assigned to meet business needs
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
