Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled operations engineer to join our team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will have experience in managing production processes, implementing quality control measures, and optimizing plant efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage production schedules and workflows to meet customer demand and plant capacity.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to maintain and improve plant equipment and infrastructure.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
