Assistant Shop Manager

As an Assistant Shop Manager with SCOPE, you'll play a vital role in supporting our mission to empower disabled people to live independently and participate fully in society.
Our team is passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and volunteers alike. As a key member of our shop team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive setting.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading and motivating a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Managing shop operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and cash handling
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the overall success of the shop
