About the Job:

This is a full-time opportunity that requires experience in a housekeeping or domestic cleaning role, with a basic understanding of infection control, COSHH, and compliance standards. You will be responsible for sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors, as well as cleaning carpets and upholstery, washing woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills. Additionally, you will wash, dry, and iron residents' clothing, bedding, and communal laundry, including for our on-site care home residents.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, plus benefits such as paid volunteer time, free flu jabs, health and wellbeing programme, private dental insurance, company pension, gym membership, referral programme, financial planning services, discounted or free food, cycle to work scheme, private medical insurance, and employee mentoring programme.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in a housekeeping or domestic cleaning role, with a basic understanding of infection control, COSHH, and compliance standards. Strong communication skills, able to work well as part of a team, across functions and services. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
