Registered General Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client's care home team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly environment, providing high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop person-centred care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
- Administer medication and manage medical conditions with precision and care
- Make critical clinical decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
- Provide professional nursing care that prioritizes dignity, respect, and compassion
- Work weekends on a rota basis to ensure 24/7 care coverage
- Maintain a safe and clean environment that promotes the well-being of our residents
