Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist to take on the role of Team Leader for our Orthopaedic Therapy Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a dynamic team of therapists and therapy assistants across two sites, Hinchingbrooke Hospital and Peterborough City Hospital.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operational management of the Orthopaedic Therapy Team
  • Supervision and management of staff
  • Development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Collaboration with the Orthopaedic Therapy Service Lead and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality patient care
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist to take on a leadership role within our team. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background in orthopaedics and experience of managing a team. They will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of the service.

Requirements
  • HCPC registration
  • Postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy
  • Experience of working in a senior role within a healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
