About the Opportunity

This exciting and varied role involves providing expert advice to employers on drafting HR policies, offering corporate and commercial support, and handling tribunal litigation.

In addition, the successful candidate will provide advice to employees on settlement agreements, harassment, and discrimination in the workplace, as well as other related tasks.

About You

  • Approx. 3 years of post-qualified employment law experience as a qualified solicitor.
  • Experience working with and acting on behalf of individuals will be advantageous.
  • TUPE advice.
  • Discrimination claims.
  • Settlement agreements.
  • Business Restructuring / Redundancies.
  • Employment Tribunal litigation.
