Tradewind Recruitment is Seeking a Dedicated Cover Supervisor

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team at a thriving secondary school in Birmingham. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring their access to the curriculum while maintaining a conducive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across various secondary subject areas
  • Support students in a Secondary School or Further Education setting
  • Manage behaviour within a classroom setting
  • Work with students of varying abilities
Requirements:
  • Hold a minimum of 5 GCSE passes at Grade C or above, including Maths and English
  • Possess previous experience working with students aged 11 to 16
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and a strong interest in working in the education sector
