Job Title: Production Operatives
Job Type: Temporary/Contract
Location: Malton, North Yorkshire
Our client is seeking a skilled Production Operatives to join their team in Malton, North Yorkshire. As a Production Operatives, you will be responsible for operating production processes in accordance with standard operating procedures and Shift Manager instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the upkeep of machinery and ensure it operates to its fullest potential
- Flag any issues to the Production Shift Manager
- Monitor the quality of raw material and finished product online-Quality Assurance
- Accurately complete all relevant documentation
- Clean as you go and ensure areas are clear/clean at the end of shift
- Support other departments when required
Production Performance:
- Delivering the daily production plan
- Excellent time keeping and attendance
- Skills Required - Teamwork, Speed and accuracy, Care and attention to detail, Passion, enthusiasm and respect
Available Shifts:
All shifts are 4 on 4 off, 6am-6pm / 6pm- 6am
Pay Rate: £11.44-£12.65ph
