This role would suit someone with experience in costs/estimating within construction, property, buildings, or facilities management sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify work orders as per supplier contractual agreements.
  • Communicate with suppliers on disputed work orders.
  • Assist with resolving supplier disputes.
  • Analyse trends in contract pricing discrepancies.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Make recommendations and provide solutions to address contractual discrepancies and disputes.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to understand and interrogate data with high competency in Excel.
  • Proficient in analysing data and identifying trends to produce reports.
  • Experience of high-volume transaction processing.
  • Hold, have held or are eligible to apply for Security Clearance to CTC.
