Job Title: Senior Campaign Distribution Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Campaign Distribution Manager to lead our nationwide distribution team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely delivery of our creative campaigns across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the weekly nationwide distribution of posters, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting deadlines.
  • Foster effective communication between all relevant teams, including frequent visits to warehouses and posting teams.
  • Lead distribution meetings to address pinch points and ensure effective coordination.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of each city to identify opportunities for process improvement and growth.
  • Lead the team by monitoring progress, ensuring goals are achieved, and supporting professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute the distribution of marketing campaigns and partnerships.
  • Manage multiple projects to deadline and develop strategies for distribution.
  • Strong skills in generating and interpreting reports using relevant software tools.
