Production Line Technician Opportunity

A multinational company specializing in sub-contract manufacturing processes is seeking a skilled Production Line Technician to join their team in Skelmersdale. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for preparing workstations and surfaces, masking, spraying, and blasting metals and alloys, adhering to customer specifications, and reporting to the Team Leader and Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare workstations and surfaces for production
  2. Maintain high-quality standards by following customer specifications and quality procedures
  3. Report to the Team Leader and Managers on production progress and any issues encountered

Requirements:
  1. Relevant hands-on machine operating experience
  2. Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
  3. Understanding of general engineering practices and manufacturing processes
  4. Knowledge or experience in manufacturing, metals, engineering, metal processing, or thermal spraying would be advantageous
