About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Brandon Trust in Chipping Norton. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living skills, accessing their communities, and maintaining their health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower individuals to live the lives they want to lead
  • Develop daily living skills and support individuals to access their communities
  • Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with individuals, their family members, and external professionals
  • Maintain the health needs of individuals

Requirements

  • Live within an easy commute of Chipping Norton
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have a positive and patient approach
  • Be resilient and respect people's differences
  • Be able to build professional relationships
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Hold a UK manual driving license (not essential)
