We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Terra Mare, a contemporary Italian restaurant in Cardiff City Centre.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in classic Italian cuisine and experience in managing kitchen teams.

As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for developing menus, controlling food costs, and maintaining high-quality standards in the kitchen. You will also be expected to work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain health and safety standards
