Associate Technical Director

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Technical Director to join our Water & Utilities MEICA team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in establishing and consolidating relationships across Arcadis and our client base, managing the technical delivery and design outputs of complex projects in the Water sector.

The role will sit within our Resilience Global Business Area, where we work to protect our natural environment and water resources, while powering our world for future generations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical delivery of multi-disciplinary projects, using latest digital design techniques.
  • Establish and grow relationships with clients and partners on project technical, commercial, and progress matters.
  • Ensure projects meet required technical, legislative, quality, safety, and environmental standards and objectives.
  • Line management, mentoring, and performance development responsibility for assigned staff.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other directly related degree.
  • Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status and membership of a professional institution such as IMechE, IET, or CIWEM.
  • Significant experience in technical delivery of process plant systems on complex water industry engineering projects.
  • Experience of working on design and construct projects using digital design.
  • Team leader with collaborative behaviors.
