About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cosmetic Surface Repair Technician to join our team in the South West of England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surface repairs and refinishing services to our customers across Avon, Somerset, Devon, and Cornwall.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surface finishing, with experience in cosmetic surface repair, SMART repair, vehicle detailing, and vehicle spraying. You will be responsible for visiting customers' properties, assessing damage, and carrying out repairs and refinishing work to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality surface repairs and refinishing services to customers
  • Visit customers' properties to assess damage and carry out repairs
  • Work independently, with occasional support from other technicians
  • Use company-provided equipment and materials to complete repairs
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the company van
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in surface finishing, cosmetic surface repair, or a related field
  • Strong hand-to-eye skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials
  • DBS clearance (formerly CRB)
  • CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
