About the Role
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Support clients with their medication and daily routines
- Help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and work closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
