About Our Client

Our client is a growing consultancy that specializes in the tech industry. We are currently searching for a proactive Office Assistant to join their team in Central London.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Book international travel for the team
  2. Manage the office, ensuring it is well maintained
  3. Provide personal assistant support to C-suite individuals
  4. Organise company events for staff and clients
  5. Arrange and attend meetings with senior management
  6. Maintain stationery supplies and IT equipment
  7. Support the HR and Finance Team with ad hoc duties
  8. Handle correspondence, complaints, and queries
  9. Meet and greet clients and answer telephone calls
  10. Establish and maintain office procedures

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. They will be proactive and self-motivated, with strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
