Principal Software Safety Consultant

Electus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Principal Software Safety Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and reliability of software systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on software safety practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Support: Contribute to bid management by providing technical insights and oversee software safety aspects in project delivery.
  • Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and working towards Fellowship status in a relevant professional institution.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of software safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, DO-178C), experience with hazard analysis, risk assessment, and safety case development, and excellent communication skills.
