About the Role
We're seeking an experienced baker to join our team as an Executive Baker - Organic Goods. As part of our organic bakery, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality goods while maintaining quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality organic goods that meet customer expectations
- Collaborate with suppliers to source premium ingredients
- Contribute to the development of new recipes to enhance product offerings
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a baking or pastry role
- Degree in culinary arts or related field
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
