Transport Operations Coordinator

We're a pioneering tool hire company that's revolutionising the industry through the latest technology. As a Transport Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in planning, organising, and coordinating daily deliveries, exchanges, and collections through our routing system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate daily transport operations to ensure efficient delivery and collection of tools and equipment.
  • Monitor transport routes, smart phone compliance, and on-time performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Reduce wasted journeys and support problematic collections to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Provide updates to internal and external customers on transport operations and any issues that may arise.
