We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gastropub Leader to join our team at Smyth & Co Luxury Consultants Ltd in Windsor, UK.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a top-performing gastropub and drive growth through innovative strategies and exceptional customer service.

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including menu planning, staff management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all areas of the business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
