Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Go To Outsourcing. This is a flexible shift role that requires the ability to work a variety of hours, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks, including development of inventory systems and procedures, purchasing and expediting of stock, and document control.
  • Provide technical consultation and support to colleagues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Own transport and a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
