SEN Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join our SENDhelp Limited team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
Responsibilities:- Supporting students with ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, and SEMH needs in both one-on-one and small group settings.
- Assisting teachers in lesson planning and delivery, adapting materials and activities to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop a tailored support strategy for each child.
This is a full-time position with a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule. Our school prioritizes safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, requiring all employees to undergo an enhanced DBS check through the Update Service.
